IT Specialist

What You Will Do

✔ Maintain and support all company IT devices and software

✔ Manage Microsoft 365 emails, accounts, and security settings

✔ Ensure stable and secure network performance

✔ Oversee software licenses, updates, and endpoints

✔ Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support

✔ Prepare devices and access for new hires

What You Should Have

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

⭐ 1–3 years of experience in IT support / networking

⭐ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

⭐ Experience in Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, VPN

⭐ Familiarity with Odoo is a plus
