Senior Odoo Implementer

Your Role
As an Odoo Implementer, you will:
✔ Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements
✔ Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Projects, etc.)
✔ Conduct gap analysis and define implementation roadmaps
✔ Coordinate with Odoo developers on required customizations
✔ Execute UAT and support Go-Live activities
✔ Train end users and prepare user documentation
✔ Support clients post-implementation and ensure adoption success
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation
✅ Strong understanding of business processes and ERP lifecycle
✅ Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration (Community & Enterprise)
✅ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
✅ Experience working with clients or projects in the Saudi market is a strong advantage
Responsibilities

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous

- Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration
- Experience working with clients or projects in the KSA market is a strong advantage
