DDS Hauwei cloud distributor is looking for a qualified Legal Specialist to join our team.
☑️Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal and business-related discussions. Strong communication skills and fluent English are essential for this role.
☑️Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Handle legal correspondence and documentation.
• Liaise with governmental authorities, external legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Support management in legal risk assessment and mitigation.
• Attend meetings and represent the company professionally when required.
• Monitor legal developments and advise management on relevant changes.
☑️Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law English Section.
• Fluent English is a Must (spoken & written).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor and corporate laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company in meetings and legal discussions.
• Experience dealing with governmental entities and legal procedures.
