We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer onboarding, follow-ups, and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct cold calls and qualify MQLs/SQLs to support business growth.
  • Manage customer data and interactions using Odoo CRM.
  • Provide first-line support and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to align customer needs with DDS Technologies offerings.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Sales / Tech
English fluency (C1 Level is a must)
✅ Experience in the tech or cloud industry
✅ Hands-on experience with CRMs (Odoo preferred)
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Passion for customer excellence and continuous improvement
